Per un’azienda, con sede a Balerna in Svizzera, stiamo cercando due profili di specialisti. L’azienda ha clienti internazionali per cui la conoscenza dell’inglese è un requisito fondamentale: gli annunci sono in inglese per questo motivo. SEA / SEM Specialist


Are you passionate about digital Adv on Google & Facebook? Have you managed successfully search and social campaigns? For our client we are looking for a pro-active, data-driven SEM Specialist for their head office in Balerna (Switzerland), 45 minutes from Milan, 10 minutes from Como & Varese. Depending on the candidate skills, level and accountability, smart working will be considered as an option after the onboarding phase.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience doing SEM activities for clients within an agency environment
Very Good proficient in Google Ads and or Facebook Ads Track records in building and managing Ads campaigns Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Youtube)
Facebook Certification Proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly pick up new skills and learn new tasks quickly
Good communication skills, great & close attention to details Fluent in Italian and English, strong analytical skills and attention to details

You will Be

  • Executing campaigns across various SEM & paid social channels, analyzing and optimizing all their aspects, including but not limited to bid management, search query analysis, ad copy analysis, etc.
  • Communicating via phone/email meeting with customers on a regular basis Keeping up with the SEM, Social & Google Analytics industry through workshops, national & international events, blogs, publishers, competitive research, etc –
  • Creating reports on performance metrics of deployed campaigns

SEO Specialist


Are you passionate about SEO ? Have you ever tried to “hack” Google algorithm on your own or significantly increased sales and conversions by leveraging the potential of Search Engine Marketing? For our client we are looking for a pro-active, data-driven SEO Specialist for their head office in Balerna (Switzerland), 45 minutes from Milan. Depending on the candidate skills, level and accountability, smart working will be considered as an option after the onboarding phase.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience doing SEO, better for clients within an agency environment.
Proficient with keyword research/data mining tools, competitive analysis and Tech SEO Track records in building and managing SEO projects
Google Ads Certification (Search is enough)
Proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Ability to quickly pick up new skills and learn new tasks quickly

You will Be

  • Working on multiple client properties, suggesting/implementing changes in order to comply with Google’s best practices
  • Executing SEO programs, analyzing and optimizing all their aspects, including but not limited audit, content, competitive analysis, links, strategy, etc Communicating via phone/email meeting with customers on a regular basis Keeping up with the SEO & Google Analytics industry through workshops, national & international events, blogs, publishers, competitive research, etc
  • Creating reports and inform the client of the value being provided in order to guide their onsite content strategy

Dal 2002 ho aperto il mio primo blog, Pandemia.info, che nel tempo mi ha reso noto, nella blogosfera italiana e anche fuori. Dal 2006 ho avviato una attività giornalistica da freelance, prima con Il Sole 24 Ore, poi con altre testate, tra cui Class, Il Secolo XIX, Starbene, Rainews 24. La mia attività principale è stata di consulenza e formazione, dal 2007 al 2019, come libero professionista nella consulenza sul marketing digitale e più precisamente in quello che si definisce social media marketing (usare i social network per marketing e comunicazione). Oggi, Febbraio 2019, non più. Ho deciso di allontanarmi dal mondo dei social media perché esprimono valori in cui non mi riconosco più.
